Level 1 is for Reggaeton Absolute Beginners.
Reggaeton Level 1 is a high energy, rhythm driven class that blends Latin urban dance with hip-hop influences to create a fun, challenging, and empowering movement experience. Perfect for beginners, this course teaches foundational grooves, full-body isolations, and dynamic movement patterns that form the base of reggaeton choreography.
You’ll learn how to connect with the beat, express attitude through body language, and build confidence as you develop coordination, strength, and stamina. The class incorporates warm-ups, drills, and short combos that help you understand how to hit beats, switch levels, and layer movement with music — all in a positive and welcoming space.
This style is bold, raw, and expressive, and this class gives you permission to take up space, let loose, and have fun while learning. No prior dance experience is needed — just bring your energy and a willingness to move outside your comfort zone. Whether you’re training to perform or just looking for a great workout and vibe, Reggaeton Level 1 is for you.

Do I need to bring a partner?
You do not need to bring a partner. You will partner up during class and we rotate partners often.
Do I need special shoes?
Beginners can start with street shoes or dress shoes that have ankle-straps (support) with medium-height heels or any flat-bottom shoes or regular dancing shoes. Avoid wearing shoes that have thick rubber soles such as sneakers, clogs, boots or flip-flops.
I can't make it to my class, can I switch days?
Yes - Wednesdays and Saturdays teach the same content within the same week. If you need to swap a class - please message us and let us know to update your reservation.
Can I use my purchased package next cycle?
All sales are non-refundable. You must complete use all 4 classes in the current cycle. It cannot be used or extended for future workshops/cycles. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
