NY Salsa On2 / LEVEL 2
Level 2 is for dancers who are comfortable with the fundamentals of Salsa On2 and are ready to take their dancing further.
Salsa On2 Level 2 builds upon your foundation with more challenging footwork, partnerwork, turn patterns, and combinations. You’ll continue developing your On2 timing while improving technique, coordination, musicality, and the quality of your movement.
Classes focus on creating smoother transitions, stronger lead and follow connection, better body control, and greater confidence when combining patterns. You’ll also begin exploring more detailed styling and musical interpretation to help your dancing feel more natural and expressive.
This level is ideal for dancers who already understand the Salsa On2 basics and want to move beyond foundational patterns. You’ll develop the skills to dance with greater control, versatility, and confidence both in class and on the social dance floor.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring a partner?
You do not need to bring a partner. You will partner up during class and we rotate partners often.
Do I need special shoes?
Beginners can start with street shoes or dress shoes that have ankle-straps (support) with medium-height heels or any flat-bottom shoes or regular dancing shoes. Avoid wearing shoes that have thick rubber soles such as sneakers, clogs, boots or flip-flops.
I can't make it to my class, can I switch days?
Yes - Wednesdays and Saturdays teach the same content within the same week. If you need to swap a class - please message us and let us know to update your reservation.
Can I use my purchased package next cycle?
All sales are non-refundable. You must complete use all 4 classes in the current cycle. It cannot be used or extended for future workshops/cycles. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
